This rosé bears a more complex and structured taste profile than whispering angel bringing it into a more premium realm giving rosé lovers a bigger and richer wine that is fabulous as an aperitif or paired with a broad range of fine cuisine. Previously known as château d esclans rosé and rebranded as rock angel just over a year ago the estate bottled wine was fermented in a combination of 600 liter french oak barrels and stainless steel. The result is a more complex wine which lingers on your palate and is ultimately more food driven. We are also offering the new 2015 release of whispering angel vinified in stainless.
